When on, after each AI move the game log shows how long the AI thought, the search depth it reached, how many nodes it evaluated, and its evaluation of the position (positive favors the AI; "win"/"loss" means a forced result).

When on, the AI thinks ahead in the background while it's your turn, so its moves come back faster. Costs extra CPU — turn off on low-power devices.
